СОГЛАСИЕ НА ОБРАБОТКУ ПЕРСОНАЛЬНЫХ ДАННЫХ
- Мобильное приложение "Medihost консультации врачей" предоставляется Пользователю для личного некоммерческого использования.
- Персональная информация пользователей, используемая и хранящаяся на в Мобильном приложение "Medihost консультации врачей", защищена Законом РФ "О персональных данных".
- Для использования всех или некоторых функций Мобильного приложения "Medihost консультации врачей" Пользователю необходимо использовать аккаунт, путем регистрации и авторизации в Мобильном приложение.
- Пользователь дает согласие на обработку персональной информации Пользователя , для целей предоставления функциональных возможностей Мобильного приложения "Medihost консультации врачей", на обработку и передачу персональной информации Пользователя партнёрам Мобильного приложения "Medihost консультации врачей", оказывающим Пользователю Консультации и/или Информационные услуги, и их уполномоченным представителям для дальнейшей обработки такой информации в целях предоставления Пользователю функциональной возможности получения Пользователем от таких партнёров Мобильного приложения "Medihost консультации врачей" Консультаций и/или Информационных услуг и в целях оказания медицинской помощи, в том числе в медико-профилактических целях, в целях установления медицинского диагноза, оказания медицинских и медико-социальных услуг при условии, что обработка персональных данных осуществляется лицом, профессионально занимающимся медицинской деятельностью и обязанным в соответствии с законодательством Российской Федерации сохранять врачебную тайну. Мобильное приложение "Medihost консультации врачей" передаёт лишь ту персональную информацию Пользователя, которая необходима для указанной цели.
- При использовании Мобильного приложения "Medihost консультации врачей" вы соглашаетесь с сохранением и обработкой всех загруженных изображений. Запрещается загружать в Мобильное приложение "Medihost консультации врачей" изображения раскрывающие свои или чужие персональные данные, а также сведения о факте обращения за оказанием медицинской помощи, сведения о состоянии здоровья и диагнозе или иные сведения, полученные при медицинском обследовании и лечении. При необходимости публикации изображений в разделе консультаций - закрасьте или удалите любые персональные данные из изображения для загрузки в Мобильное приложение "Medihost консультации врачей".
- Пользуясь Мобильным приложением, Пользователь дает свое согласие на получение информационных сообщений. Пользователь вправе отказаться от получения информационных сообщений путём обращения в службу технической поддержки по адресу mlab@medihost.ru.
